Measure with the camera
You'll take a front photo and a side photo. You can do it alone: prop the phone up and the app talks you through it.
Your height is what turns the photo into centimetres, so be exact.

| Stand barefoot in front of a plain wall, in good light. |
| Prop the phone upright at about waist height, about your own height away (1.5–2 m), or a bit closer if the app says it's using a wide-angle lens. A bubble shows when it's straight. |
| Your head and feet just need to be in the picture with a little space. You don't have to fill the outline exactly. |
| Turn your volume up. The app tells you when to move and when it takes the photo. |
Front photo
Wide-angle lens in use, so you can stand closer. Wide lenses stretch things near the edges of the picture, so stay in the middle, keep the phone straight at waist height, and check the numbers on the next screen.
Check the yellow lines sit on the edges of your body. If they're off, retake.
